Terms and Conditions of 55vv – Clear Rules for Safe Play

By creating an account, making a deposit, or using any service available on the platform 55vv (accessible at 55vv.best), you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agreed to these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the specific rules of each promotion or game available on the platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the services of 55vv. Continued use of the platform following any changes to these terms constitutes automatic acceptance of the new conditions, which will always be communicated at least 7 (seven) business days in advance via the registered email address.

To create an account on 55vv and use its services, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age as of the date of registration;
• Be a resident of Brazil with a valid CPF registered with the Receita Federal;
• Not be on any self-exclusion list from any betting platform;
• Not be an employee, partner, or immediate family member of a 55vv employee;
• Have full legal capacity to perform civil acts under Brazilian law.

Each individual may hold only one account on 55vv, identified by the registered CPF. Creating multiple accounts to accumulate bonuses or circumvent restrictions will result in a permanent ban on all accounts involved and cancellation of any pending balances, with no right of appeal.

By registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Any material changes to your account details (such as name, address, or banking information) must be reported to the support team at 55vv within 10 business days.

The 55vv is required, as a matter of security best practices and anti-money laundering compliance, to verify the identity of its players. The verification process (Know Your Customer – KYC) may be requested at any time, but will be mandatory in the following cases:

• Before the first withdrawal of any amount;
• When cumulative withdrawals in a given month exceed R$5,000.00;
• In any situation where unauthorized or improper use of an account is suspected;
• When requesting a change to your registered banking details.

Documents that may be requested include: a photo of your national ID or driver's license (front and back), proof of address issued within the last 90 days, and in some cases, proof of ownership of the Pix key used for withdrawal.

• Boleto bancário – cleared within up to 3 business days after payment;
• Credit or debit card – Visa, Mastercard, and Elo;
• PicPay – instant credit to your 55vv account;
• Mercado Pago – instant credit to your 55vv account.

The minimum deposit is R$ 20.00 for all methods. There is no defined maximum deposit, but 55vv may request clarification on large deposits as part of its fraud prevention procedures.

All deposits must be made from a bank account, card, or Pix key held in the registered player's own name. Deposits made by third parties will be refunded to the sender, and the player's account may be reviewed or temporarily suspended pending clarification.

The 55vv does not charge fees on deposits. Any fees charged by the player's bank or payment provider are the player's sole responsibility.

The 55vv processes Pix withdrawals in under 3 (three) minutes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including national holidays. The requested withdrawal amount is transferred directly to the Pix key registered on the player's account, which must be solely in the player's name.

General withdrawal conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal: R$ 20.00;
• Maximum withdrawal per transaction: R$ 50,000.00 (standard members);
• Daily withdrawal limit: varies by VIP level (Bronze: R$ 5,000.00 / Silver: R$ 10,000.00 / Gold: R$ 20,000.00 / Diamond: R$ 100,000.00);
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the rollover requirement for each promotion has been met;
• Withdrawals above R$ 10,000.00 may require full KYC verification before processing.

The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used, unless 55vv expressly authorizes an alternative. For TED bank transfers, the processing time is 1 to 2 business days. The 55vv does not charge fees on withdrawals under normal conditions.

The 55vv offers a variety of promotions for new and active players. Each promotion has its own specific terms, available on the Promotions page. The general conditions that apply to all promotions are:

• Each promotion is valid for a single CPF, address, device, and IP;
• The rollover is calculated on the bonus amount received, not on the deposit plus bonus;
• Bets placed with bonus balance on games with an RTP above 99% contribute only 10% toward the rollover;
• The bonus expires by the deadline stated in the promotion if the rollover requirement is not met;
• The weekly VIP cashback has no rollover requirement and can be withdrawn immediately after it is credited;
• If you request a withdrawal of your deposit balance before completing the rollover, the bonus balance is automatically cancelled.

The 55vv reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time, with 48 hours' notice for promotions already in progress. Ended promotions cannot be claimed retroactively.

The use of any software, system, or strategy that constitutes bonus abuse is strictly prohibited. Confirmed cases will result in cancellation of the bonus, any related balance, and possible account closure.

The catalogue of 55vv includes crash games, slots, live table games (roulette, blackjack, baccarat, poker), player-vs-player poker, and Sports Betting. Each category follows its own specific rules, detailed within each game on the platform.

General rules that apply to all games:

• Crash game results are generated by a Provably Fair system and can be mathematically verified by the player at any time;
• The RTPs (return to player) for slots and table games are audited by independent laboratories and are available on each game's page;
• In the event of a technical failure that interrupts an active round, 55vv will either restore the wagered balance to the player or complete the round based on the game state at the time of the failure;
• Confirmed sports bets cannot be canceled or modified by the player, except in markets that offer a cash-out option, which follows its own rules;
• The 55vv may void bets on events whose outcome has been affected by proven irregularities (match-fixing, etc.).

At live poker tables, specific rules on conduct, decision time, disconnection rules, and All-in rules are available in each table's lobby. 55vv actively monitors tables to ensure fair play and detect collusion or bot usage.

Use of the platform 55vv is subject to appropriate behavior and good faith from the player. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Creating multiple accounts using the same CPF or false information;
• Use of bots, scripts, or any automated software to play;
• Colluding with other players at poker tables or in any other game;
• Bonus abuse by any method, including arbitrage between accounts;
• Money laundering or using the platform to move funds of illicit origin;
• Access to the platform by users under 18 years of age, or allowing minors to use your account;
• Attempting to hack, modify, or reverse-engineer 55vv's systems;
• Intimidation, harassment, or abusive language in the live game chat.

Violating any of these items may result in temporary suspension or permanent account closure, cancellation of all pending balances and bonuses, and reporting to the relevant authorities where required by law. The 55vv actively cooperates with money laundering and financial fraud investigations.

The player may request voluntary account closure by contacting 55vv at any time by contacting support via email (suporte@55vv.best) or live chat. The closure process includes withdrawing any available real balance (unused deposits and released winnings) before the account is permanently blocked.

The 55vv may close or suspend an account in the following cases:

• Suspected or confirmed breach of these Terms and Conditions;
• Self-exclusion request by the player (responsible gambling);
• Inactivity for more than 24 months with no transactions;
• Order from a court or competent regulatory authority;
• Identification that the account belongs to a user under 18 years of age.

In cases of closure due to a terms violation, the bonus balance and any winnings obtained during the period of non-compliance may be cancelled. The net deposit balance (with no associated bonus) will be returned following a case review. Accounts inactive for more than 24 months may have a maintenance fee of R$ 10.00 per month deducted from the balance, as communicated by email prior to any charge.

If the dispute is not resolved amicably within 30 days of formal notice, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of São Paulo/SP, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be.
